Grey Gardens
Based on the life stories of the eccentric aunt and first cousin of Jackie Onassis (both named Edith Bouvier Beale aka “Big and Little Edie”), who were raised as Park Avenue debutantes but withdrew from New York society, taking shelter at their Long Island summer home/estate Grey Gardens.
This is my favorite movie of all time, nojoke! :)
One amazing movie. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Plus Joseph-Gordon Levitt is so fine, but that’s already a given. And Levitt with Zoey Deschanel, ugh, to die for. This is a completely different type of couple, the two of them, than the two of them in 500 Days of Summer. Actually I didn’t even know the both of them starred together in a movie besides 500 DOS. But I recomend seeing Manic, a really moving film.
Just watched this. I loved it. Kinda dumb, but funny.
I love this song. I have the All Hallows E.P. and it’s really good. I enjoy more of the old AFI stuff, it’s more punk.
